Submit Your Cat Photo or Video
While we aren't interested in seeing photos of swinging dead cats, or dead cats bouncing, we will consider publishing right here on this website, at no cost to you, your freaky, strange or weird cat photo or short cat video. Submission Conditions 1. You may only contribute photos and/or videos that you have taken yourself or that you have all rights to transmit and license and which do not violate trademark, copyright, privacy or any other rights of any other person. 2. You may not submit photos and/or videos that contain expressions of hate, abuse, offensive images or conduct, obscenity or pornography or any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law or regulations. 3. You may not submit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or this website. 4. By submitting a photo and/or video, (a) you
grant to swingadeadcat.com and Proquantum, Inc. a perpetual,
non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, print,
display, reproduce, modify, publish, post, transmit and distribute,
in any manner whatsoever, the photo and/or video and any
material included in such photo and/or video; and (b) you agree to
indemnify swingadeadcat.com and Proquantum, Inc. and its affiliates,
directors, officers and employees and hold them harmless from any
and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from
the photo and/or your failure to comply with these rules. Submission Instructions 1. Select your photo(s) and/or video. Photos must be in jpg or gif format and the file size less than 150K. Videos may be in any common format but the file size must be less than 3meg. 2. Attach the file(s) and email with the attached email submission form. 3. In order for your photo or video to be considered you MUST paste the text in the box below in the body of your email with the image or video file attached. If you don't like this, please do not send us anything.
